Hey there! I am Hannah, a product designer based in Pennsylvania currently working with Rack Room Shoes.

Using a user-centric and bottom-up approach to design, I help retailers empathize with specific users, extract their needs/pains, and create multiple ideas and prototypes to solve their issues smartly.

I am collaborating with our customer relationship management (CRM) team to create a more inclusive rewards experience from a marketing perspective designed to encourage customers to shop more frequently and join the loyalty program.

I am collaborating with the marketing and development team to build out the foundational elements of a design system to support the company brand and design ecosystem. It will help our teams iterate faster, encourage more cooperative cross-functional projects, and allow more time to focus on complex problems.
